1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Genie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and will notify you of material changes via email or in-product notification.
2. Description of Service
Genie is a cloud-based AI assistant platform that enables users to deploy, configure, and manage AI assistants across multiple communication channels. The Service includes cloud hosting, AI model access, channel integrations, file storage, and related tools.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access; (e) use the Service to develop competing products.
5. API Keys and Third-Party Services
When you provide your own API keys ("Bring Your Own Key"), you are solely responsible for compliance with the respective provider's terms of service. Genie is not liable for charges incurred through your API keys or for any actions taken by third-party AI providers.
6. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored on dedicated cloud instances and is not shared across users. We do not train AI models on customer data. For complete details on how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. AI credits are purchased separately. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Service Availability
We target 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Genie and protected by intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours — we claim no ownership over data you upload or generate through the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
